Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and oversee renovation projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timeline and quality standards are met.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and budgets.
- Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow on site.
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in renovation or construction project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools (added advantage).
